In my previous NOLA post I mentioned chargrilled oysters from Drago's being my new favorite dish to eat when in the Crescent City. Acme Oyster House's Chargrilled Oyster's are good too, but there is something about Drago's that makes them reign supreme. The flavor combination of the parmesan, romano, and garlic (and perhaps butter) are a delicious combination, but the gravy that is left after the love is gone (love=chargrilled oysters) is Amazing. If you haven't already guessed, I'm a fan of using sopping up gravy with nice warm french bread like one would with a sponge when cleaning the plate. Included in this post is video of this most delectable dish.
